22 boxes of donated medical equipment began their long journey to St Peter's hospital on 7th February 2012. This shipment contains many items that the hospital has desperately needed for sometime, such as suction machines, BP and glucose monitors, digital thermometers and stethoscopes. African Steps is very grateful to those who have organised these donations and to the team of volunteers who spent three days scheduling and packing the equipment.
